Cancellation Policy :

• CANCELLATION WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CHECK IN, 25% CHARGE OF THE TOTAL BILLING AMOUNT.
• CANCELLATION WITHIN 15-30 DAYS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CHECK IN, 50% CHARGE OF THE TOTAL BILLING AMOUNT.
• CANCELLATION WITHIN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF CHECK IN, CANCELLATION REFUND IS NIL.
• NO-SHOW & SHORTENTING STAY, REFUND IS NIL.
• Booking Modified
  15 days before the "Booking Date" (if there is a booking Modification)
  
  If there is a booking modification then the booking will not be modified during the weekend & PICK SEASON. Booking date will change only in non-weekends (subject to availability) & and you have to pay the rest amount of total bill at the time of booking modification.

Note-

NO CANCELATION & modification Shall be entertained for the booking made during special occasions (Holi, summer & winter vacation, Ratha yatra, Durga puja, Diwali, Xmas & new year etc. and other holy days).

Booking will not be cancelled on the check-in date and the total billing amount will have to be paid.

Refund Policy :

If you cancel booking for any reason we issue a refund cheerfully. To request a refund, simply call us (+91 9556836821) & mail us (hoteltarapalacepuri@gmail.com / hoteltarapalace79@gmail.com) with your booking details at least 7 days before the booking date- (arrival date). Please, include your booking number sent to you via email after booking and reason for your cancellation (optional). Your feedback is valuable to us & helps us to improve our quality of service.

Refunded amount will be returned to your bank account after deducting the respective cancellation charges within 21 days (refunds will be processed within 21 days period money back guarantee).
